Welcome to this new forum.
So you know, I am an environmental lawyer who works a little in this area. The idea behind this site is to give people an opportunity to share their thoughts and musings on different political incentives and mechanisms to cope with this incredibly important issue, and to comment on other articles or reviews on the topic.
As you may be aware, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its latest assessment on Friday 2 February 07. The assessment concludes that the warming over the last century is very likely due to the anthropogenic effects of climate change. This is an issue that will not be going away in a hurry!
I'm currently doing some research and reading reports in anticipation of bringing this to you in the next week or so. In the meantime, please feel free to post any questions to me to give me some direction on what you may wish me to address.
